Getting Ready for the 4th of July

This 4th of  July lantern is one of the elements in Stars and Stripes SVG Kit  from SVGCuts.com.  The main body of the lantern is made from SU real red card stocked, the accent pieces are from DCWV Summer paper pack.  I used 20 gauge wired that I found at hobby lobby for the handle.  The led candle is from Michaels.
My good friend Mary Hampton and I tackled these together.  We both agree that the lantern is a little challenging but you can make them if you have plenty of time and patience hahahahaha.  TFL

It's Your Birthday L. Dawn

These pages were done for my BFF’s 50th birthday party. We had a wonderful time at her gathering and I had a great time doing this album to commemorate this special event.   The image on the wobble page is from Robert Jackson’s digital stamps.  The image is colored with Copic markers and cut out using the hinge method with my Ecraft Machine.  Thank you for stopping by my blog to check me out.

Simple Thank You Card

This card is for a swap at the Jasper, GA retreat that I will attend from June 8 – 10, 2012.  If you are like me, you can never have enough thank you cards on hand.  I was inspired by Northridge Publishing’s Weekly Newsletter for this week.

The card is made from the following materials:

·       Stampin’ UP -- Summer Sun and Old Olive card stock; Real Red Button.

·       DCWV Paper Stack  – Ctitrus Stack

·       Twinery – Lemon Twin

·       EK Success Flower Edge Punch

Thank you for looking.
